To reach our true self, we must let go of beliefs, mental blocks, and old patterns that no longer serve us. We must also heal from past wounds and traumas that keep us tethered to our history. By clearing out what doesn't belong to us and embracing what truly resonates with our essence, we enter a state of abundance. In this state, life becomes more fulfilling, and our hearts and souls are brimming with contentment.
